ZINES




I found that zines have been the physical object that converges artwork, photography, illustration and graphic design. Because of this potential I have produced many zines over the past years, each with a specific theme and focus. Below are 3 examples of the zines I have produced and designed. Copies are available from my webstore

Leon  


Based on Luc Besson’s 1994 thriller ‘Leon the Professional’. 12 page A5 Zine printed on 150gsm champagne Canford paper. This zine is made up from a collection of lino prints, screen prints and illustrations.

Lost in Translation:


Based on the 2003 romantic comedy directed by Sofia Coppola ‘Lost In Translation’. A 12 page collection of illustrations and prints, printed on 140gsm paper. The first 10 copies included a limited heat foil pressed front cover.

Water:


A collaborative zine project with New York based Photographer, designer and creative Izzy Rael. 24 page zine with emobossed cover with three various 4 layer A3 risograph prints.
